Cumin Gouda Stuffed Chicken
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
½ cup grated Cumin Gouda
A handful of spinach, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 190 °C.
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
Mix Cumin Gouda + spinach and stuff inside.
Sear each side till golden; bake 20 mins.
Let it rest before cutting into that melty goodness.
Serve with: roasted kumara and a Pinot Noir — because you deserve a little luxury on a Wednesday.
