Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Wholesale access is available to approved businesses only (cafés, delis, wine shops, restaurants, event caterers).

  • All wholesale applications must include a valid NZBN or GST number.

Pricing & Orders

  • Wholesale prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Minimum order value applies (communicated during account approval).

  • Orders are subject to stock availability and seasonal variation.

Payment Terms

  • First three orders require upfront payment (credit card or bank transfer).

  • Approved wholesale accounts may request invoice terms (standard 7–14 days).

  • Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of account.

Shipping & Risk

  • Wholesale orders are shipped using refrigerated logistics or freight providers.

  • Risk of goods passes to the buyer once dispatched.

  • Any claims regarding damaged or spoiled goods must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Wholesale orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • Returns are only accepted if products are defective at delivery.

Marketing & Branding

  • Wholesale customers must market and sell products under their original branding.

  • Repackaging or altering product presentation without consent is prohibited.

Termination

  • Global Cheese Boutique reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for non-compliance with these terms.
