Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

• We ship nationwide across New Zealand.

• Deliveries are made via trusted courier and refrigerated logistics partners to maintain product quality.

Delivery Information

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only.

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday–Thursday will be dispatched the same day.

• North Island: Delivery within 24–48 hours.

• South Island: Delivery within 48–72 hours.

• Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched from the following Monday.

• Rural delivery may take longer.

• Wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on stock availability.

Shipping Fees

• Retail orders: A flat shipping fee applies (⁠ North Island — $6, and South Island — $12 ).

• Wholesale orders: Freight is quoted separately depending on order volume, weight, and delivery location.

Perishable Items

• Our cheeses are perishable goods. All cheese orders are carefully packed with ice packs to help maintain optimum quality and temperature during transit.

• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not liable for spoilage if products are left unattended at the delivery address.

Delays

• While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier schedules, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Global Cheese Boutique will not be held responsible for such delays but will assist in tracking and resolving issues promptly.
