Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent personal data.

We share information with service providers needed to operate our website, process payments and deliver orders. If you accept marketing cookies, we also share website activity with Google and Meta to measure our advertising. Meta also uses this activity to help show relevant ads. We may disclose information where legally required.

Website analytics and advertising cookies

Our website uses necessary cookies to operate the shop. With your consent to marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel records activity such as product views, items added to your cart, checkout steps and purchases. This can include product names and identifiers, order value and currency, and information about your browser and device. Meta uses this information to provide advertising measurement and advertising services. You can decline marketing cookies or change your choice at any time through Cookie Preferences. Google Ads also records ad interactions and completed checkout purchases, including the order number, total and currency, and browser and device information, to measure advertising performance. The Google Ads tag loads only after marketing cookies are accepted. Information shared with Google and Meta may be processed outside New Zealand. ChatGPT advertising measurement

If you accept marketing cookies, we also use OpenAI’s ChatGPT Ads Pixel to measure whether our ads lead to completed checkout orders. This sends an order identifier, order total in NZ dollars, ad-click identifiers and browser/device information to OpenAI. Automatic advanced matching may detect customer information on the page and convert it into a secure hash in your browser before sharing it; raw customer information is not sent through this matching feature. We set these order events to opt out of future user-level ad personalisation. OpenAI may process this information outside New Zealand. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website and which visits lead to purchases. If you accept Performance and Analytics cookies, this can include pages viewed, campaign sources, browser and device information, approximate location, and purchase details such as order identifiers, products and order totals. We do not intentionally send customer names, email addresses, street addresses or payment-card details to Google Analytics.

You can decline analytics cookies or change your choice through Cookie Preferences. When analytics cookies are declined, Google’s consent mode can send limited cookieless signals for aggregate measurement. Google may process this information outside New Zealand.
