Black Lemon Gouda Crostini with Honey & Thyme

Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced into thin rounds
Olive oil for brushing
100g Black Lemon Gouda, thinly sliced or shaved
A drizzle of honey
Fresh thyme (or microgreens for a modern touch)
Cracked black pepper
How to Make
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil and toast for 5–7 minutes until golden.
Lay warm slices on a platter and top each with a thin piece of Black Lemon Gouda.
Drizzle a little honey over the top — not too much, just enough to tease the lemony tang.
Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves and a twist of black pepper.
