Black Lemon Gouda Crostini with Honey & Thyme

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into thin rounds

  • Olive oil for brushing

  • 100g Black Lemon Gouda, thinly sliced or shaved

  • A drizzle of honey

  • Fresh thyme (or microgreens for a modern touch)

  • Cracked black pepper

How to Make

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  2. Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil and toast for 5–7 minutes until golden.

  3. Lay warm slices on a platter and top each with a thin piece of Black Lemon Gouda.

  4. Drizzle a little honey over the top — not too much, just enough to tease the lemony tang.

  5. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves and a twist of black pepper.
