• North Island delivery: usually within 1–3 business days.

• South Island delivery: usually within 2–5 business days.

• Rural delivery may take longer.

• Wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on stock availability.

Shipping Fees

• Retail orders: A flat shipping fee applies, calculated at checkout.

• Wholesale orders: Freight is quoted separately depending on order volume, weight, and delivery location.

Perishable Items

• Our cheeses are perishable goods. All products are packed securely and shipped in temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain freshness.

• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not liable for spoilage if products are left unattended at the delivery address.

Delays
