CORPORATE GIFTING FAQs

  • Yes. We require a minimum of 10 boxes per order for all corporate gifting and bulk purchases. Volume discounts apply for orders over 20 boxes.

  • We currently ship nationwide across New Zealand, including to homes, offices, and PO boxes. For bulk shipping or multiple address deliveries, we offer custom solutions and tracked delivery via our logistics partners.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days once your order is confirmed. During peak seasons, we recommend ordering 2 weeks in advance for guaranteed delivery, especially for multiple recipients.

  • We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and business invoices (for approved accounts). A member of our team will guide you through the payment process after reviewing your order.

  • Yes. We offer:

    • 10% off for orders of 20–49 boxes

    • 15% off for 50+ boxes
      Custom pricing is available for larger gifting campaigns and repeat annual orders.

  • Our cheeses are vacuum-sealed and have a shelf life of 6 months when stored in a cool, dry place (ideally refrigerated). Each product is clearly marked with a best-before date.

  • Absolutely. You can include a custom branded note card or a personalised message with each gift. Just upload your message or logo when submitting your recipient list.

  • If you're sending to multiple recipients, simply complete your order form and attach an Excel spreadsheet with the following:
