Coffee Gouda Toast with Honey & Almonds

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices artisan bread or brioche

  • Slices of Coffee Gouda

  • 1 tsp honey

  • A few crushed almonds or hazelnuts

  • A pinch of sea salt

How to Make:

  1. Toast your bread until golden.

  2. Lay Coffee Gouda slices on top while warm — let them soften slightly.

  3. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle nuts and a pinch of salt.

  4. Take a bite and wonder why you ever stopped believing in good mornings.
